How paying works
- Once, not monthly. You pay once for each report. There's no subscription, nothing renews and there's no account to cancel.
- Through Stripe. Stripe handles the sale as merchant of record. It works out any sales tax, VAT or GST where you are and shows it before you pay. We never see your full card details.
- In US dollars. Prices are in US dollars. Stripe may show the price in your local currency at checkout, and your bank may add its own fees.
- Delivered right away. Your report opens on screen, usually within a minute of paying, and comes by email.
- Refunds. All sales are final once your report is delivered, except where we refund you in full: we couldn't deliver your report, a fault on our side makes it unusable, you were charged twice, or the law where you live gives you a right to a refund. Ask within 14 days. The details are in our refund policy.
