Use RestaurantDoctorAI in your AI assistant

The server gives your assistant two tools. Both only read. The answers aren't stored; only an anonymous daily count of checks is kept.

• restaurantdoctor_get_questions lists the 12 questions and the answers each one accepts. Money ranges are in euros, pounds sterling, Swiss francs or Canadian, Australian or New Zealand dollars where that's your currency, and in US dollars anywhere else.
• restaurantdoctor_run_free_check scores your answers against industry benchmarks for your type of restaurant and returns your free result.

Your free result shows:

• Your grade, from A to F, and how many of your 12 answers need attention.
• A grade for each part of the business.
• Your estimated yearly profit leak, or a note when your answers show no major leak.
• Your biggest leak, or your biggest opportunity when nothing leaks.
• The first fix in your plan.
• A link that opens the same result on this website, where you can change your answers.
• A note that the full report is a paid report on this website, with its price and what it adds.

1. 01In Claude on the web or the desktop app, open Customize › Connectors.
2. 02Click +, then Add custom connector.
3. 03Name it RestaurantDoctorAI and paste the server address above.
4. 04If Claude asks how people sign in, choose No sign-in. Then click Add.
5. 05In a chat, click +, open Connectors and turn RestaurantDoctorAI on.

Or open Claude's form with the address filled in, check it and click Add.

• It works on every Claude plan. The Free plan allows one custom connector.
• On a Team or Enterprise plan, an Owner adds it under Organization settings › Connectors, then each member clicks Connect.
• Adding connectors in Claude's phone apps is still in beta, so add it on the web or in the desktop app. It then works in the phone apps too.

Any assistant or app that can connect to a remote MCP server can use the same address. Look for a setting to add an MCP server or connector by its address, and choose no sign-in if it asks.

• Only your 12 multiple-choice answers and your country are sent to our server. The tool doesn't ask for your name, your restaurant's name, your email or any figures.
• We use the answers only to work out your free result and don't store them. We keep only an anonymous count of how many checks are run each day.
• The link back to this website carries your answers after the “#” in the address, a part your browser doesn't send to us. The page removes them from the address bar when it opens.
• Your conversation is handled by the company that provides your assistant (for example Anthropic, for Claude), under its own privacy policy. We receive only the answers and country it sends to our free check, plus the usual technical details of the request (such as the IP address it came from), which our hosting provider keeps briefly in its logs.

The tool never takes payment, sends email or creates a report. The full report is only sold on this website, where you buy it yourself and pay through Stripe.
