AI phone ordering
An AI that answers the calls you're missing right now.
It picks up when your team can't, takes the order from your menu, reads it back and sends it to your kitchen, so you can stop losing orders to a ringing phone. A person is always one word away.
Hear it first: call (559) 215-8155 and order from our example café.

Natural conversation
Talks like your friendliest person at the counter. Picks up day and night.
Guests can change their minds mid-order; it keeps up, re-prices from your menu and reads the order back again.

Every order rings on a tablet by the pass, with a copy by email.
Safety first
Allergy questions always go to a person.
It never tells a guest a dish is safe. It connects them to your team, or flags the ticket in red.
Is the banana nut muffin okay for a nut allergy?
For allergies I'll get someone from the team who can check for you. One moment, I'll connect you.

It sells only what's on your menu
Upload a photo or PDF and we read in every item, its price, its sizes and add-ons. You check it, mark what's sold out, and save. Every order is priced by our code from your saved menu, never by the AI, so the total the guest hears is the total on the ticket.
What it does
- Answers calls your team misses, day or night, and says it's an AI
- Takes pickup orders from your menu, with sizes and add-ons, and reads them back
- Gives your hours and pickup wait, and says when you're closed
- Hands the call to your staff when a guest says "staff"
- Shows you every call's transcript and order on your dashboard
What it won't do
- Tell a guest a dish is safe for an allergy: it hands the call to a person
- Take a card number over the phone: guests pay when they pick up
- Invent an item, a price or a deal that isn't on your menu
- Call anyone, or text a guest who didn't ask
- Keep recordings of voices: transcripts only, deleted after 90 days

1. Upload your menu
A photo or PDF. We read it in; you check each item, its price and its choices.
2. Forward missed calls
Keep your number. Calls your team can't pick up, or that come when the line's busy, go to the AI.
3. The AI takes the order
From your menu only. It reads it back, gets a yes and a name, and gives the pickup time.
4. It rings in the kitchen
On a tablet by the pass, with a copy by email. Staff tap Accept, Ready, Picked up.
Questions
Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. You turn on call forwarding with your phone company, so missed and busy calls go to your AI number. Your staff still answer when they can, and you can turn forwarding off anytime.
What if the AI gets an order wrong?
It reads every order back and places it only after the guest says yes. Prices come from your saved menu, never from the AI. Every call's transcript is on your dashboard, so you can see exactly what was said.
What happens with allergy questions?
The AI never says a dish is safe. It offers to connect the guest to your staff. If they'd rather just order, the allergy goes on the ticket, which the kitchen screen flags in red.
Does it work with my POS?
Not yet. Orders arrive on our kitchen screen (any tablet) and by email, and your staff ring them into your POS. We're working on Square first.
How do guests pay?
When they pick up, the way they do now. The AI never takes card numbers.
What does it cost?
$149 a month after a 3-day free trial (up to 30 calls; past that, calls go to your staff until the trial ends). It covers about 300 calls a month. No contract, no setup fee; cancel on your dashboard and it stops at the end of the period you've paid for.
