Paid links
Last updated October 5, 2026
In short
- A link marked "Paid link" goes to a company's own website. If you sign up there, the company pays us a fee.
- It adds nothing to what you pay, and a paid link sends the company no details about you.
- A fee never changes your grade, your leaks or what we write about your restaurant.
What a paid link is
Under your biggest leak, and in your report, we sometimes show one or two companies whose product is made for that problem. Each one is marked "Paid link". We have an agreement with the company: if you click the link and sign up or book a demo, it pays us a fee. That fee comes from the company and adds nothing to what you pay.
Fees never change what we say
Your grade, the size of each leak and the words in your report come from your answers and our calculation. A company can't pay to change them, and whether we have an agreement with it plays no part. We show a company only under a leak its product is made for, and only to owners in the United States, where those agreements apply.
What we know about your click
The link goes through a RestaurantDoctorAI address that adds one to a daily count of clicks and sends you on. It sets no cookie and stores no name, email, IP address or answers. The company sees only that you came from our site. Once you are on the company's site, what you do there is between you and the company and covered by its own privacy policy.
An introduction is different, and it is never a link: it happens only if you press a button that says "Yes, send my details to" and the company's name, under words that say what is sent. Our Privacy Policy explains it.
Companies with a paid link
We aren't showing any paid links right now. When we do, the companies are listed here.
