I'm Felix S. Pavel, the founder of RestaurantDoctorAI.

Why I built it

People close to me run restaurants. I've seen how hard it is to tell where the money goes when you're busy every night: the bank balance tells you something is wrong, not what. A consultant can find it, but that usually costs hundreds or thousands of dollars.

RestaurantDoctorAI is the fast, affordable first look I wanted for them: 12 questions, a grade and the biggest money leak, free, and a full report with a plan if you want one. You pay once, if at all. There are no accounts and no subscriptions.

How the numbers are worked out

The targets come from published industry sources, and each guide links to them. Each free calculator uses a standard formula, and before it goes live it's checked against an independent calculation on thousands of random examples.

In the paid report, every figure comes from those same formulas. AI helps write the explanations around them, and a second check makes sure the words match the numbers. The calorie counter's nutrition figures come from the US Department of Agriculture's FoodData Central.

Everything here is an estimate from your answers and numbers: a starting point for decisions only you can make about your restaurant, not financial, tax or legal advice.
