What setting up your AI phone line looks like
Below is the dashboard you get after you sign up, with an example restaurant. Click through the six steps: upload the menu, set the hours, add your details, get a number, forward your calls and place a test order. Nothing here is saved.
- A photo or PDF of your menuWe read it in, items, prices and choices; you check each one.
- Your opening hoursIf they're printed on your menu, we fill them in for you to check.
- A staff cell numberFor guests who ask for a person. Not your main line, so calls don't loop.

Turn on table bookings
One switch on your dashboard adds table bookings to the same AI number, for $79 a month. Then set your tables and booking hours in the table book, and the AI starts booking on the calls it answers. Try the table book with an example restaurant first; nothing is saved.

Forwarding really works
Step 5 turns green only when a call reaches your AI. If none has a day after you get your number, we email you the steps again.
Orders are seen
New orders chime until someone taps Accept, and arrive by email. If one waits 2 minutes, or the kitchen screen is closed while you're open, we email you.
Nobody is left on hold
When a guest asks for a person, the call goes to your staff line, and their number shows on the kitchen screen to call back until someone taps Done.
Your menu is checked
Before you save, we flag items with no price, unusual prices and duplicates, so you can catch a wrong price before the AI sells it.
Only your tablets see orders
A tablet shows your orders only after it's paired with a code that lasts 10 minutes. Lost one? Sign out every tablet from the dashboard.
